We began our EXCLUSIVELY GLUTEN-FREE BAKERY in February 2006, at the request of Mrs. Stella Peters who was visiting Sarasota Florida for the winter.  Our mission has always been to offer healthier, whole-grain gluten-free and wheat-free products.  We do not skimp on our ingredients!  Whenever possible we use organic or all natural ingredients.

Our current product line includes a large selection of  
dairy-free and casein-free options.  Due to popular demand our cakes, muffins and breads can be made egg-free and yeast-free.  

We are proud to have created a very unique blend that is incredibly moist, stays moist longer and has the taste and texture that is similar to wheat. 
 
Our products have been proclaimed, by our customers, as the best they have ever had (some of these have been Celiac for 20 years  or more).  Visitors to Siesta Key from around the USA, Canada and Europe continually state, "I can't believe this is gluten-free, it tastes too good!"

Although we bake from scratch daily, we highly recommend you call ahead to place an order.
